INTERFLEX receives IFGICT certification for its commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals
INTERFLEX, S.L. is proud to announce that it has received the IFGICT certification, confirming its alignment with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations (UN) for the 2030 Agenda. This certification highlights the company's ongoing commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
The 17 SDGs are divided into a total of 169 targets, of which, due to the nature of our operations, INTERFLEX is required to meet 35. After several months of dedication and effort, the company has not only demonstrated compliance with these 35 mandatory targets but has exceeded expectations by meeting an additional 38 targets. These additional targets, although not mandatory, significantly contribute to the positive impact on the 2030 Agenda.
In total, INTERFLEX impacts 73 of the 169 targets, a figure considerably higher than that achieved by most industrial companies. This achievement highlights INTERFLEX as a leader in sustainability within its sector.
“We are very proud to say that at INTERFLEX we are pioneers in sustainability,” states the management team of INTERFLEX, S.L. “Our commitment goes beyond mandatory compliance; we strive to make a real and positive difference in our community and in the world.”
INTERFLEX will continue to work to maintain and improve its sustainable practices, with the aim of further contributing to the SDGs and creating a more sustainable future for all.
